Each Soul Bond Set is carefully packed by hand and shipped from our fulfillment center within 1–3 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Estimated delivery times:

• Canada & Europe: 7–14 business days

• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
We only ask that the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within a few business days after we receive the item.
